MISSION
Members of TEAM KORTNEY compete in any type of running/walking/biking event while raising awareness and funds for life saving research for children suffering from pediatric brain tumors.
Do you run, walk or bike to stay fit? OR
Did you tell yourself that this is the year you are going to get in shape?
Set a goal and be motivated by the fact that you yourself are getting healthy while helping sick kids at the same time?

Members of TEAM KORTNEY are raising funds and awareness for pediatric brain tumor research one step at a time. Help us to make a difference in the lives of children/families suffering with brain tumors.
Participate in any running/walking event and raise money for The Kortney Rose Foundation. Sign up for a run/walk and ask your friends and family to donate money for your accomplishment. It could be a $1 a mile or a set amount for each race you run. Any amount helps!
Be a part of a larger TEAM KORTNEY and join us for the NJ Marathon, Long Branch Half Marathon and/or as part of a relay team on Sunday, May 2, 2010 and/or the ING New York City Marathon on Sunday, November 7, 2010. Brain Tumors are the #1 cancer-related cause of death in children 20 and under and are diagnosed as often as Leukemia.
It's time people learned the facts that this is the disease that is taking our children from us. Won't you help? The more people we have participating the more people learn about our cause and the more money that will be raised for research. Help these kids through the promise of research!
